Mariel’s journey
As a Georgetown-educated lawyer, certified life coach, and somatic facilitator, I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how we cultivate connection, resilience, and inner peace—not just as individuals, but within communities.
For years, I searched for fulfillment in external achievements, only to realize that true well-being comes from within. My journey has taken me across 25 countries, through major life transitions, and into deep study of mindfulness, embodiment, and breathwork. Through these experiences, I learned that the power of presence, self-awareness, and intentional community-building can transform the way we navigate life’s highs and lows.
I believe in creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow—whether through mindfulness practices, group facilitation, or meaningful dialogue. My work is about helping individuals reconnect with themselves and each other, fostering a sense of belonging, and guiding people toward more intentional, fulfilling lives.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to explore what’s possible. Transformation starts from within—and it begins with a single breath.

When life looks good on paper but feels unfulfilling
Navigating big transitions—whether stepping into change, facilitating it, or initiating it
Growing into leadership roles and finding inner confidence
Overcoming perfectionism and working with the inner critic
Feeling more present, grounded, and at ease in daily life
Prioritizing self-care and releasing the pressure to always be "on"
Letting go of the “shoulds” and aligning with what truly matters to you
Trusting yourself to make bold, aligned decisions
Releasing old patterns and resentments, so you can live more freely and authentically
You can expect to feel more grounded, confident, and fulfilled. And empowered by the way you navigate both obstacles and possibilities with centeredness and ease.
